We're Hiring: Content Creator (1–2 Years Experience) Location : Mahim, Mumbai (Work from Office) Experience : 1–2 Years Type : Full-time About the Role We're looking for a smart and enthusiastic Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. If you know what clicks on Instagram, what works on LinkedIn, and how to turn a casual scroll into a click or a like — you’re the one. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative team where your ideas matter, and your content is seen. Key Responsibilities Create engaging social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Design compelling graphics, mockups, and visual creatives for posts, reels, stories, carousels, etc. Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos , reels, and behind-the-scenes content Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Lumen5, Descript, etc.) to speed up content ideation, creation, and scheduling Manage and maintain posting calendars , ensuring consistency and timeliness across all platforms Work with the team to brainstorm campaign ideas , content hooks, and storytelling formats Stay up to date with current trends, memes, reels, and platform updates Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Canva , Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.) Knowledge of basic video shooting/editing techniques Comfort with AI-powered tools for content and design A good eye for aesthetics, tone, and audience behavior across platforms Strong written communication and creative storytelling ability Ability to multi-task and turn around projects quickly Bonus if you have: Experience with tools like Buffer, Later, Hootsuite , or Meta Business Suite Experience creating content for brands, influencers, or campaigns Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,804.57 - ₹26,068.15 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mahim, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 21/07/2025
