Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. You will play a crucial role in building a strong employer brand and enhancing the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) Develop and post job descriptions across job portals and social media Source and attract candidates using databases, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and job boards Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate with hiring managers Schedule and manage interviews and feedback processes Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring status Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track recruitment metrics to optimize performance and improve processes Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 13 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and collaborative approach Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ATS, HRMS tools) Experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Dynamic and inclusive work environment Opportunity for career growth and development Exposure to multiple business functions and leadership teams
