Faltu company and worst management to work with (kotak securities is the worst process of all they won't even care that their agent is dead or alive they just want us to come to office and take calls) anyone reading this please dont come for interview here specially the chandivali brach of tech Mahindra

I have alot of memories attached with this place, some good , some not so good.... I have no complains with regards to anything.. The security staff is cooperative and helpful, work environment is a bit toxic but that happens at every office. I made some really close friends here.. ❤

Work is good, teams are nice. but no work life balance. Difficult to manage 9 working hours plus 3 travelling hours. No quality time with family. Need more work from home policy. Need salaries to match with costly life.
