Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Handle international voice process calls with a focus on providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry (voice process).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts.
