Roles and Responsibilities: Should have Knowledge in Setting up of Securities with experience of 6 to 7 years. Updating the prices for the unpriced securities through extensive research from various sources. Obtain prices from various sources such as Interactive Data Corporation, Telekurs and Bloomberg. Save the source of price for audit purposes and also conduct internal audit on a monthly basis. Raise price challenges with the respective vendors and resolve any conflict in pricing data raised by our clients. Excellent knowledge on international capital markets covering Fixed Income, Derivatives , Equities & FX Sound understanding of Asset Management business Should have direct experience in remote client relationship management & experience in using query management tools Ability to solve client queries & pro-actively resolve/troubleshoot issues Respond to Customer requests for Order expedites Ability to understand technical questions posted by customers and relates them to Operational issues to find solutions. Should have vendor management knowledge with respect to Bloomberg, Reuters, Telekurs, Interactive Data etc. Confident & Capable of interacting with customers on a daily basis Should drive improvement initiatives at the process level Driving process improvement ideas and quality initiatives in the team Excellent skills on MS Office Tools Able to manage the team and strive to reduce errors in the process Applicant’s Specifications & Qualification: Graduation is must.
