Role Overview: We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers / Lead Conversion Executives to join our team. The role involves reaching out to prospective students, providing course information, addressing queries, and converting leads into confirmed enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students from leads provided. Respond to inbound inquiries about courses, fees, and schedules. Persuade and guide prospects through the enrollment process. Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM. Follow-up with interested leads to ensure maximum conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets. Skills Required: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Customer-oriented and patient. Ability to handle objections and follow-up persistently. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling is a plus.
