Description
As a Fullstack Development Engineer in our remote team, with over 6 years of experience including Tech Lead responsibilities, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and development of our software systems. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs, deploying microservices using Java Spring Boot and Nodejs, as well as debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing backend performance and reliability. You will also be tasked with designing and optimizing relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, while leveraging AWS services like Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch. Additionally, you will need to integrate AI tools into our development processes to streamline workflows. As a technical leader, you will be expected to provide guidance, direction, and decision-making throughout the fullstack development lifecycle. Effective communication with founders and business stakeholders will be essential, along with owning architectural decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure implementations. Estimating development timelines, overseeing timely delivery, reviewing code for best practices, and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers will also be part of your role. Guiding Frontend engineers in using React.js and React Native, advocating for automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, and maintaining high standards of security, performance, and UX will be crucial to your success. To qualify for this position, you should have proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Fullstack Developer leading cross-functional teams. Expertise in Java Spring Boot, Nodejs, and React.js with significant hands-on coding experience is a must.
