About the Role: Inmogic Technologies is seeking an experienced, visionary, and hands-on Tech Head to drive our engineering strategy, architect scalable systems, and lead our software development team. In this leadership role, you will bridge business goals with technical execution, steering end-to-end product architecture, platform reliability, code quality, and technical delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Architecture
- Define the overall technology roadmap, architecture, and technology stack aligned with company business objectives.
- Architect robust, secure, scalable, and high-performance web and cloud-based applications.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and establish engineering best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Oversee DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, system reliability, and cloud infrastructure management (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Team Mentorship & Project Delivery
- Lead, mentor, and scale an agile team of frontend, backend, QA, and mobile developers.
- Partner with product management and leadership to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and sprint deliverables.
- Ensure sprint milestones, release cycles, and deliverable deadlines are met with high code quality and minimal technical debt.
- Supervise security standards, data privacy compliance, and system vulnerability assessments.
Strategic Innovation
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and modern tools to keep the technology stack competitive and efficient.
- Resolve complex technical bottlenecks, mission-critical production issues, and scalability challenges.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of full-stack or backend software engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead, engineering manager, or architect capacity.
- Core Tech Stack:
- Strong expertise in modern backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).
- Solid command of modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and distributed architectures.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional problem-solving skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing technical teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
