Tech Co-founder (CTO)

You will be joining a video-first travel booking startup based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, as the Tech Co-founder & CTO. The company is on a mission to revolutionize travel booking by combining TikTok-like videos with Airbnb-like stays, offering travelers immersive short-form videos to discover and book unique accommodations. Your role will involve leading the full-stack development of web and mobile platforms, defining the technical vision of the product, and making critical decisions on architecture and technology stack. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone passionate about building a game-changing travel startup. Your responsibilities will include architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable mobile and web platforms using Flutter/React Native for mobile apps and Node.js/Python for backend development. You will be responsible for the end-to-end full-stack development, making strategic decisions on technology and product roadmap, collaborating on product vision, UX/UI, and growth strategies, as well as eventually building and leading a tech team as the company grows. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of mobile app development experience in a startup environment, hands-on expertise with Flutter and/or React Native, strong backend development skills, and a proven ability to build and ship apps from scratch. You should be comfortable working independently on both frontend and backend and possess an entrepreneurial mindset, as this role comes with the opportunity to join as a co-founder on an equity basis with no upfront salary. A passion for travel and creating innovative travel-tech products is essential.
