I have left the organization in 01-march-2018. But they by mistakenly started another PF on my UAN Portal from 01-april-2018. I have raised the ticket to resolve it. But they are neither resolving the issue, not sharing any HR's number. And this is affecting in my new organization.

They will never put your call through to the customer service associate. The IVR will always tell you look out in the app and the calm gets disconnected without our consent. On the immediate help, they are useless. Never settle your issues quickly.
