Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Escrow Account Operations and related transaction processing.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational controls.
• Managing end-to-end documentation for escrow accounts, agreements, and client requests.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Preparation and maintenance of MIS, operational reports, and exception tracking.
• Monitoring account activities and ensuring timely resolution of operational queries.
• Supporting client servicing requirements related to escrow arrangements and transaction execution.
• Maintaining accuracy of records and adherence to TATs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Banking Operations / Escrow Operations / Transaction Banking Operations .
• Good understanding of account documentation and operational processes.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of WBG operations and banking documentation will be preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
