As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and overseeing the development and performance of our team members. Responsibilities: Recruitment Process Management: Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure productivity and performance goals are met. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs for team members. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.
