Lead and manage multiple Team Leaders and Collection Executives to achieve business objectives.
Drive team productivity through regular performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and monitor achievement.
Conduct daily operational reviews and strategy meetings with Team Leaders.
Ensure adequate staffing, roster management, and workforce planning.
Identify training needs and coordinate with the Learning & Development team to enhance team capability.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
