As a Team Leader, your primary role is to recruit Agency Partners who will independently manage and build advisor teams. Core Responsibilities: Appoint and activate productive Agency Partners Help them build high-performing advisor teams Set clear sales goals and monitor performance Conduct field training, joint meetings, and reviews Maintain strong relationship management and partner engagement Qualification & Experience: Graduate (any stream) A minimum of 4+ years of BFSI sales experience is mandatory (banking, financial, insurance).
