Job Description

Job Title:

  • Acknowledging customer complaints promptly and responding to them within set time limits, systematically and fairly
  • Responsible for independently receiving, documenting, investigating and resolving customers queries within agreed authority
  • Acknowledge & work on Backorder Reports & Customer Portal Requests
  • Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures
  • Ensure that all requests / Inquiries are processed as per Client TAT & quality
  • Effective interpersonal & communication skills
  • Sharp analytical & problem-solving abilities
  • A stronghold of the language (English) and good knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, spellings and vocabulary
  • Ability to speak clearly and fluently
  • Effective training skills. The ability to teach and train other individuals
  • A good understanding and knowledge of the right accents
  • Ability to hold the interest and attention of those seeking training
  • A personable manner and a high degree of professionalism
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Report & Communicate with Business for ensuring correct information/ status is provided within the defined TAT
  • Self-confidence coupled with the ability to infuse confidence in others

YOUR PROFILE

  • Expertise on Supply Chain processes with a good level of understanding on Order Management
  • Should be willing to work as per Business requirement
  • Working knowledge in SAP
  • Excellent written and Verbal communication
  • Experience in customer order management process Order creation, PO processing, Handling Customer queries, Exposure to SAP and Zendesk
  • Can independently handle customer inquiries through Phone or emails
  • Good understanding of end to end customer management process
