Job Title: Pre-Sales Team Lead – Amazon SPN Partner Location: Jaipur Experience Required: 2–5 Years in Pre-Sales / Business Development / Amazon SPN Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Team Lead to join our Amazon SPN Partner team. You will be responsible for leading a team focused on onboarding new sellers to Amazon , driving business growth through lead generation, consultative selling, and guiding sellers through the registration and listing process. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the pre-sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Identify and connect with potential sellers through calls, emails, and field activities. Pitch Amazon's seller program and SPN onboarding services in a clear, persuasive, and goal-oriented manner. Build relationships with new sellers, educate them about the benefits of selling on Amazon, and convince them to register. Understand seller requirements and coordinate with internal teams to offer tailored solutions. Ensure smooth handover of onboarded sellers to the operations/account management teams. Track team performance, generate reports, and provide strategic input for process improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or telesales, preferably in e-commerce or digital platforms. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Team handling or leadership experience is a must. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or prior experience in Amazon SPN is a strong advantage. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi (or regional language).
