Team Lead AI/ML Product Engineering

As a key member, you will lead a small team of junior developers, oversee code reviews and sprint planning, and contribute to solution architecture design. Your collaboration with management will be instrumental in translating business requirements into scalable software solutions while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in either Frontend (React.js/Next.js), Backend (Python FastAPI), or Databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DuckDB). Previous involvement in data science projects utilizing Scikit-learn and Pandas would be advantageous. Additionally, your ability to effectively guide and delegate tasks to junior developers, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills, will be essential for success. It is imperative that you can commit to working full-time onsite in Basavanagudi, South Bangalore. Please note that this is a full-time, onsite position with no remote or work-from-home option.
