Role Description This is a full-time role for a Live Streaming Operator, based in West Delhi . In this role, the operator will be responsible for setting up and managing live-streaming equipment, ensuring streams are broadcasted with high quality, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with clients to meet event requirements. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the production team, monitoring stream performance, and managing post-event files and recordings. Qualifications Strong technical skills in live streaming software, video encoding, and audio-visual setups Experience with remote video production, camera handling, and lighting setups Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues under time constraints Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate with clients Organizational skills to manage event schedules, files, and follow-up tasks Knowledge of multi-language streaming and event production is a plus Flexibility to work both on-site and remotely, as per project needs
