About the Role:

We are looking for dedicated residential teachers who are genuinely passionate about teaching and caring for children in a campus environment. Candidates residing outside Durgapur are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Teach students up to 10th standard as per subject specialisation

Proactively engage in the holistic development of the children whom the organisation Avilash serves

Support students in daily routines and academics

Maintain discipline, safety, and a caring environment

Actively participate in assemblies, activities, and events

Collaborate with staff for smooth campus functioning

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience

Strong command of English

Genuine interest in working with children in a residential setting

Patient, responsible, and approachable nature

Skills in music, dance, art, sports, or other activities will be an added advantage
