The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably within the tea industry, and a passion for building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Sell Prospects: Drive business growth by actively sourcing and identifying new sales opportunities through cold-calling, emailing, and other methods. Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support. Sales Pipeline Management: Create and manage a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the status of sales prospects in the purchasing process. Order Processing: Process customer purchase orders and work closely with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products. Product Advisory: Advise customers on suitable product selections based on their needs and specifications, ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow-up on Inquiries: Respond promptly to sales inquiries made through website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the tea industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office.
