1. Lead Management & Follow-ups Call and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, referrals, CPs, walk-ins). Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable 1 & 2 BHK configurations. Maintain timely and structured follow-ups to increase closure probability. Update lead status regularly on CRM/Excel sheets. 2. Site Visit Coordination Schedule site visits and ensure smooth customer experience. Explain project features, amenities, layout plans, pricing, and loan/EMI details during site visits. Handle objections and queries on the spot to move the customer down the funnel. 3. Deal Closure Negotiate pricing, finalize booking amounts, and assist customers with the buying decision. Coordinate with management for approvals, offers, and special cases. Ensure complete handholding from first call to final agreement. 4. Channel Partner (CP) Coordination Maintain relationships with local brokers and channel partners. Share project details, inventory lists, offers, and commission structures with CPs. Drive CPs to bring qualified buyers and support them throughout the deal cycle. 5. Documentation & Admin Support Assist customers with booking forms, KYC documents, loan paperwork, and agreement procedure. Coordinate with banks, loan agents, and internal legal teams when required. Ensure all documents are properly filed and recorded. 6. Marketing Support Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, customer behaviour, and campaign performance. Help with on-ground activities like banners, standees, events, and weekend campaigns. Support in content creation, customer testimonials, and market insights.
