Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Kolkata. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, develop and implement production schedules, and ensure that production processes meet quality and efficiency standards. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring production teams, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining safety and compliance in all operations. Success in this role requires proactive problem-solving and attention to detail. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage production teams. Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure timely and efficient operations. Solid understanding of Production Management practices to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes. Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments effectively. Ability to analyze and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
