Company Description TBX is an export-tech platform addressing the $150B+ gap in India’s fragmented trade facilitation system . We are building digital export infrastructure , not a sourcing marketplace. TBX connects global buyers with trusted Indian manufacturers through a single, accountable platform covering quality control, documentation, logistics, packaging, insurance, and trade finance. Our mission is to make sourcing from India predictable, transparent, and scalable , supporting India’s path to a $2T export economy . This is a hard infrastructure problem involving compliance, traceability, multi-party coordination, and real-world execution. Role Description - Co-Founder (CTO) This is a full-time, on-site (North Delhi) role for a Founding CTO . The CTO will co-own TBX’s technical vision, system architecture, and execution . You will translate complex, offline trade workflows into robust, auditable, API-driven software systems and build the core platform that powers TBX. This is a founding seat , not a delivery or support role. Key Responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end technical architecture of the TBX platform Design modular, scalable, API-first systems for export workflows Build auditable, failure-aware, compliance-ready infrastructure Ensure data integrity, traceability, and security across multi-party flows Lead early engineering hires and establish strong technical standards Partner closely with the founder on product, roadmap, and long-term scale decisions Qualifications Strong system design and architecture fundamentals Experience building B2B, fintech, logistics, supply-chain, or infra-heavy platforms Ability to reason in states, workflows, edge cases, and failure modes Comfort working with messy, real-world constraints , not just clean SaaS flows Founder mindset: ownership, accountability, long-term thinking Prior startup or early-stage product experience is a strong plus Familiarity with regulated or compliance-heavy domains is an advantage What You Get Founder-level equity Full ownership of the technology stack and decisions Ground-floor entry into a large, durable export-infrastructure problem Opportunity to build systems that move goods, money and trust at scale Location & Commitment On-site: North Delhi Full-time, long-term Next Steps If this resonates, reach out with: Short background Why this problem space interests you Availability and location 📩 connect@thebharatexchange.com
