I contacted Taxida Taxi service at midnight but the representative Raviraja was very helpful in booking the cab and assigning the driver on time along with the confirmation. Also the driver came before the requested time and the journey was safe and comfortable. Thanks to Taxida Limited.

Very clear communication and plan on the pick up service from Coimbatore airport. The car was neat and infact a pretty new one.. will be using them again without any second thought

I had an incident of the driver charging me more than the initial estimate and had to reluctantly part with the money charged. When I conveyed my displeasure to Taxida, they checked immediately and refunded the excess oromptly. I appreciate such service. That is the reason I keep hiring them whenever I travel.

Very good service. Timely pickup, neat vehicle and a friendly driver. Price was offered best when compared with other taxi providers. Surely recommending it to other travelers.

Pathetic service by them. Driver did not arrive. We had a booking at 6 am in the morning and kept following up with them until 4 am as no driver details were shared prior and no driver arrived even at the scheduled time. They do not reply to the refund queries. If you want a peaceful travel, do notgo for taxida

Travelled to my hometown and driver reached on expected time. I have been using Taxida for last 2 years for 1 way drops and their price is affordable.

Extremely bad experience . They confirmed the booking and later informed no cab available at the eleventh hour and hence we had to cancel our plans. It happened a couple of times, irrespective of me calling them to confirm the booking every day for the last 1 week.
