- CTC: ₹35,000 per month- In-hand Salary: ₹26,196 during training/nesting without PLI; up to ₹29,045 after nesting with PLI (performance-linked).- Experience: Minimum 6 months of direct customer support experience in capital markets.- Knowledge Required:- German tax framework.- Capital Gains Tax.- Dividend Withholding Tax.- Double Taxation Treaties.- Tax reporting across European markets.- Equities, ETFs, derivatives, fixed income and cryptocurrency.- Tax calculations, reconciliations and reporting.- Financial products and corporate actions.- Communication: Business-fluent English, B2+ proficiency.- Interview Process: HR round followed by Operations round.- Joining: Immediate joiners who can join within 2 days are strongly preferred.
