Tax Associate ( EA Part 1 or EA Qualified only)

Key Responsibilities As a member of the Tax team, you will be responsible for delivering an effective client experience while assisting with US tax preparation and filing queries. Client Interaction and Query Resolution

• Resolve client queries related to US tax preparation and tax filing through chat.
• Understand client concerns and provide clear, accurate, and timely responses.
• Guide clients through tax preparation processes, required documentation, and relevant tax forms.

Tax Preparation Support

• Assist clients with questions concerning tax-related information and the tax filing process.
• Review relevant financial documents and client-provided information to identify discrepancies or missing details.
• Apply knowledge of US Taxation principles to address client queries within the scope of the role.

Issue Management and Quality Assurance

• Identify and resolve client concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and data confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and quality guidelines.

Performance and Continuous Learning

• Meet defined productivity, response-time, and quality targets.
• Participate in training sessions to strengthen knowledge of US Taxation and client-handling procedures.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills to deliver a positive client experience.

Cab Transportation

• Cab facility will be provided to employees whose assigned shift starts after 4:00 PM.

Food Facility

• Food will be provided to employees who stay in the office beyond 8:00 PM or whose shift starts late, as applicable.

Professional Development

• Gain practical exposure to US Taxation and tax preparation processes.
• Develop client communication, problem-solving, and query-resolution skills.
• Work in an international business environment and build domain-specific expertise.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
