The ideal candidate must have over 3 years of experience in retail or pharmacy operations, with at least 1 year in a store management role. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations of the store/pharmacy. Manage a team of pharmacists, assistants, and support staff. Ensure smooth execution of inventory, billing, and customer service processes. Monitor stock levels and place timely reorders. Drive in-store sales performance and ensure adherence to SOPs. Train and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Collaborate with regional operations teams and report KPIs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or pharmacy operations. At least 1 year of hands-on store management experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and retail management software. Experience with healthcare or pharmacy retail will be a strong plus.
