Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Dubai. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders. They will work alongside civil engineers and structural engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role also involves on-site assessments and coordination to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications Proficiency in on-site construction management and coordination Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders Expertise in quality control to ensure project standards are met Background in structural engineering or civil engineering Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field Experience in international projects, especially in the Middle East, is a plus
