Job Title: Data Analyst – Political Consulting Location: Goregaon West Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 5 Years About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and self-driven Data Analyst specializing in Political Consulting to join our dynamic team. This role will support political campaigns, advocacy groups, and policymakers by transforming complex voter and election-related data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has a passion for politics, experience with large-scale datasets, and a deep understanding of voter behavior and campaign dynamics. Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Preparation : Acquire, clean, and maintain political data sets from various sources including voter files, polling data, social media, and third-party databases. Analytical Modeling: Perform statistical and predictive modeling to forecast election outcomes, voter turnout, demographic shifts, and campaign performance. Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards, charts, and reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to support campaign strategy and decision-making. Media & Sentiment Analysis: Use natural language processing (NLP) techniques to analyze public sentiment, monitor media narratives, and assess public opinion on key issues. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with political strategists, campaign managers, and communication teams to tailor insights to strategic objectives and policy priorities. Presentation of Insights: Communicate findings through clear and concise written reports, presentations, and visual storytelling to technical and non-technical audiences. Data Governance: Ensure high levels of data quality and integrity through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation of data workflows. Innovation & Experimentation: Stay current on emerging data visualization techniques and tools. Proactively test and implement new approaches to improve reporting and analytics effectiveness.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy , or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in data visualization and report authoring . Proven ability to learn and experiment with new data visualization tools, technologies, and strategies. Strong technical skills in SQL, Python , R , or similar analytics languages. unblock team dependencies .
