The Role We’re hiring a Sales Representative to own the full cycle - from prospecting to close. You’ll convert inbound interest, run targeted outbound (LinkedIn + e-mail), deliver concise discovery/demos, and work closely with success to ensure smooth handoffs and fast time-to-value. What You’ll Do Own pipeline end-to-end: qualify, discover, demo, propose, negotiate, close Prospect smartly: build targeted lists (Sales Navigator, Apollo), run short value-led sequences, and book meetings with decision-makers Tell the story: position the managed VA difference (CSM, SLAs, QA, replacements) and tie it to business outcomes (hours saved, response times, booked revenue). Sell the plan: shape 80/160-hour packages, add-ons, and timelines; set clear expectations for kickoff and success metrics. Forecast & hygiene: keep CRM immaculate, run weekly forecasts, and hit activity/quality benchmarks. Partner with CSMs: ensure clean handoffs, track early wins, and surface upsell opportunities.
