Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven sales advisor to join our team. Your primary role will be to educate customers, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into sales for our premium detailing services. You’ll be the friendly face customers trust when making decisions about protecting and enhancing their vehicles. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in clients and online inquiries with detailed information about our services. Understand customer needs and suggest the best detailing or protection package. Explain the benefits, differences, and advantages of ceramic, graphene, and PPF coatings. Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, phone, and email to close deals. Track leads, conversions, and customer interactions. Coordinate with the detailing team to ensure smooth customer service flow. Maintain excellent after-sales communication for reviews, referrals, and repeat business. Help with showroom display, marketing materials, and in-store promotions. Requirements Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (automotive or service industry preferred). Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam . Passion for automobiles and basic knowledge of car care will be an advantage. Ability to handle customer objections and build trust. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (training will be provided).
