Reporting to CEO. Key Job roles: We have a team of 32 members. The applicant will have overall responsibility for interacting with all team members across Academics, Operation and Sales & Marketing. The Program & Operation Manager will – a) Make execution plans, execute agreed action plans in timely and cost-effective fashion. b) Ensure good quality coaching delivery with high Student delight. c) Implement agreed sales and marketing plans, tie up with schools /other tuition centres. d) Conducting timely marketing campaigns, Digital marketing, e) Monitor student counselling and enrolment and onboarding. f) Track and analyse outcomes and carry out corrective actions. Nature: Full time. Work from office. Regular travel to Panskura and other centres is required. Education Background: 1. MBA / M.Sc. / MA / MSW / Engineering (BE/B.Tech) / M. Com / Mas communication 2. High computer proficiency, excel and power point, mastery of English and Bengali language and report preparation. Preferred Background: 1. Previous experience in large School / Coaching centre operation. 2. Previous experience in Sales & Marketing in Education sector and Online tuition. 3.
