The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our premium stone-coated and ceramic roofing tiles across assigned regions. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers, dealers, and distributors in assigned territory. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs. Present and promote our roofing products to customers, contractors, architects, and builders. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and visit logs. Skills & Qualifications Any degree (Sales/Marketing preferred). Minimum 1+ years of experience in building materials / construction products (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel frequently for field visits. Positive attitude and result-driven mindset. Knowledge of roofing tiles or building material industry is an added advantage.
