We are seeking a fresher or semi skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC vertical machining centers, understanding technical drawings, learn CNC & VMC programe, have knowledge in boring cycle, Angle drilling & single point threading and maintaining quality standards in a production environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce precision components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Set up tools, fixtures, and programs as required. Make necessary adjustments to machine settings and programs to ensure product quality. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Fresher/Experience (2+ years) operating VMC machines. Knowledge of G-code, M-code and CNC programming (basic understanding). Ability to read technical drawings and measurement tools. Willingness to work in shifts if required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with FANUC controller type. Familiarity with tooling and fixture setup. Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software (optional).
