Position : Founder’s Office Intern Type : Internship (Full-time) Duration : 6 months Location : Onsite Stipend : Performance Based About the Role This role is about working on the business itself — solving real-time problems, streamlining processes, and keeping things moving across functions. You won’t be limited to a single department; your work will cut across HR, business operations, partner management, and sales support. You’ll be expected to use what you already know, quickly build context in new areas, and adapt as the needs of the business evolve. You will work closely with the Founder’s Office, supporting in two main areas: HR Support – recruitment, freelancer onboarding, coordination, and compliance with agreed terms. Business Operations – process optimization, partner onboarding, lead follow-up, and sales support through email/LinkedIn outreach. Depending on your strengths, you may lead on: Partner & Freelancer Onboarding – from sourcing to vetting to getting them productive quickly. Sales Enablement – engaging leads gathered from LinkedIn and other channels through thoughtful messaging. Process Improvements – spotting inefficiencies and fixing them with practical solutions. Key Responsibilities Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and managing relationships with freelancers. Vet partner/freelancer profiles for expertise before assigning projects Create and execute outreach for partner platforms and LinkedIn leads. Maintain communication with partners and ensure terms of engagement are followed. Work with the founder’s office to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
