In very bad situation. After paying full payment, registry not being done as OC certificate not obtained from authorities. RWA is a mess . Everyday thefts take place . After prepaid electricity, the electricity department claims they will close the connection for non payment

It looks good from outside , but inside there are not even the basic facilities like any hanger in bathroom or bulb holder in rooms , and the levelling of bathroom floor is very bad , all water comes outside
