Role & responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple locations Monitor and manage financial transactions with third-party manufacturing partners (casting/forging units) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.) Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance Collaborate with project, operations, and procurement teams to align financial strategy with business needs Implement cost-control strategies and optimize vendor payment cycles Maintain financial controls and suggest process improvements for scalability Preferred candidate profile Education: M.Com/ CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification Experience: 6-10 years in financial management roles, preferably in manufacturing, engineering services, or project-based industries Proven experience managing multi-location operations Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, compliance, and reporting standards Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
