Hiring for Tamil Table GOA INDIA Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and cook south Indian cuisine according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Assisting in the food preparation process. Work closely with colleagues in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the restaurant and satisfaction of the guests. Set up the sections of the kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase the speed and productivity. Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control. Communicate assistance needed during busy periods. Accepting store deliveries ensure that all stocks are well maintained. Ensure the quality of the food items Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature. Need to be flexible and willing to help other at busy times as and when required. Qualification: High school education or diploma in culinary is required. Basic computer skills and familiar with inventory systems. A team player. Commis 1 : 1- 2 years of experience.
