Tamil & Malayalam voice process

As a Customer Service Executive in a BPO voice process, your primary role will be to provide customer support services. You will be expected to communicate effectively in English, Tamil, and Malayalam. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Providing information about products or services - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers - Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service - Adhering to company policies and procedures Qualifications required for this role: - Graduation is mandatory (Engineering graduates are not eligible) - Should be residing in Bangalore - Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Malayalam - Age limit is 32 years This is a full-time and permanent position suitable for freshers. The working schedule includes day and morning shifts. In addition to the base salary, you may be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
