Tally Accountant

Tally Executive COMPANY The House of Cosmos & Green View Realtors DEPARTMENT Accounts & Finance LOCATION Thane West, Maharashtra JOB TYPE Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Executive to manage day-to-day accounting entries, maintain financial records, and assist the accounts team with routine accounting and documentation activities. Key Responsibilities • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. • Record purchase bills, sales invoices, receipts, and payment entries. • Handle journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank entries. • Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation. • Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents. • Assist in GST-related entries and documentation, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. • Assist with TDS entries and related documentation. • Verify accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records. • Coordinate with the accounts team for regular updates and reports. • Perform data entry, filing, and other accounts-related administrative tasks as required. Required Skills & Qualifications • Basic to good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. • Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation. • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations. • Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information. Experience • Freshers with basic Tally knowledge may apply. • Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience will be preferred. Working Details WORKING HOURS 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM WORK MODE Work from office WEEKLY OFF Sunday SALARY As per experience and interview

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
