The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, an aggressive business approach, and the ability to secure and manage new client relationships. Develop and maintain relationships with Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSP partners. Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure delivery of high-quality candidates. Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure. Follow up with potential and existing clients to maximize business opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain detailed records of pipeline and sales activity. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Client Acquisition in the US Staffing industry . Strong and aggressive communication, negotiation, and selling skills . Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Strong understanding of the US recruitment ecosystem. Experience in aggressive cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA preferred. Ability to work independently and in a remote setup. Night Shift availability aligned to US time zone. Excellent written and spoken English.
