Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer based in Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning sessions, facilitating workshops, and creating impactful training programs tailored to participant needs. Responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, developing content, delivering training through various formats (classroom, virtual, or hybrid), and measuring participant outcomes to ensure program effectiveness. The Trainer will work in collaboration with other team members to continuously innovate and optimize learning experiences. Qualifications Strong expertise in program facilitation, classroom and virtual training, and workshop delivery Skills in needs analysis, program design, and customization of training solutions Proficiency in content creation, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and presentations Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and app-based learning methodologies Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Adaptability to cater to diverse audiences and different industries Certification in leadership, behavioral, technical, or functional training areas is a plus Prior experience in learning and development, training, or education-related roles
