What are we looking for? • Good Communication and Articulation • Good understanding Talent Acquisition process. • Has experience in sourcing and scheduling interviews • Has experience in ATS tools like Success Factor, Oracle People Soft, Workday etc • Experience working in IT Services or BPO Organizations • Basic understanding of the US Hiring laws. Added advantage • Managed volumes for scheduling interviews. • Education Any Under Graduation.
