About the Role: Under the flagship initiative Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), we are looking for dynamic and knowledgeable Trainers in the Food Processing Sector. Trainers will play a vital role in imparting skills, conducting assessments, and ensuring outcome-based training for youth in various food processing job roles. Key Responsibilities Deliver domain-specific and platform skills training for roles such as: Food Handler Millets Products Processor Spice Processing Technician Conduct assessments and ensure trainees meet competency standards. Utilize digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) for communication and training support as required. Participate in a mandatory 5-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program and obtain certification. Manage training sessions for student batches (30–50 trainees per batch). Commit to post-ToT responsibilities including classroom and practical training delivery. Adhere to FICSI and PMKVY quality standards and curriculum. Eligibility Criteria: Industry Experience: Prior experience in the food processing sector is preferred. Training/Teaching Experience: Desirable but not mandatory. Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Other Requirements Willingness to travel for the ToT program (travel cost to be borne by candidate).
