Manage and supervise all Structural and Pipeline erection works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budget constraints. Should be able to understand Shop drawings and execute the same in site. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration. Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance are met. Identify and resolve any issues related to the works at site, providing technical guidance and solutions to the site team. Maintain accurate records of activities at site, including installation schedules, inspection reports, etc. Supervise and mentor workers, promoting best practices in erection. Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project team, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions. Your Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Freshers with strong interest in Mechanical construction field can apply.
