Drafting emails to the clients. Complex and error-free bookkeeping using cloud-based software Prepare and reconcile VAT returns Prepare and reconcile salary allocation sheets Strictly adhere to ACCA code of conduct Ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to Perform other job-related duties as necessary Required Candidate profile Essential minimum requirements: CA/ Inter CA At least four years experience in UK accounting Knowledge of bookkeeping software like Xero, Quickbooks. Ability to prepare financial statements Excellent in using Excel (including VLOOKUPS and PIVOT table) and Word Must be a quick learner and smart worker Ability to work autonomously Strong attention to detail Good (formal and informal) written English Ambitious, reliable, organised and able to meet deadlines Desirable but not essential : Understanding of charity and fund accounting.
