Good Excel skills required like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc. 1. Calling vendors and branches for shipment delivery confirmation and follow-up till close. 2. Daily MIS updation in Excel and sending to client. POD management. 3. Strong communication skills over phone and e-mail. 4. Primary point of contact for customer. 5. Timely revert on customer queries. Desired Candidate Profile Experience with similar courier companies.
