Role & responsibilities This is to inform you that Tabner is looking multiple Positions as below: Scrum Master Job Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Offshore Scrum Master to lead and support Agile delivery for distributed software development teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, ensure team alignment with product goals, and collaborate with onshore counterparts to deliver high-quality software on time. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with onshore Product Owners and development teams to ensure clarity of requirements and priorities. Remove team impediments and proactively identify risks to delivery timelines. Coach team members in Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure effective communication and coordination between onshore and offshore teams across time zones. Track sprint progress using Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.) and maintain transparency on sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.). Support backlog refinement and help prioritize user stories aligned with business goals. Promote self-organization and accountability within the team. Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and release management to ensure smooth deployments. Contribute to Agile maturity assessments and process optimization initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 48 years of professional experience in Agile delivery, with 2+ years as a Scrum Master . Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) . Excellent communication, facilitation, and coordination skills especially in cross-cultural, distributed environments. Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps , or similar. Proven ability to manage remote/offshore teams and bridge communication with onshore stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe SM, or equivalent). Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or large enterprise Agile environments. Prior background as a developer, QA, or business analyst is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD concepts. Experience working with US or European clients in offshore/nearshore delivery models. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Work Model Based offshore (e.g., India, Mexico, Philippines, etc.) supporting onshore Scrum teams . Automation Test Engineer (Playwright/JavaScript/TypeScript) Location: Hyderabad Role Summary: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Playwright-based automation frameworks and test suites, ensuring seamless CI/CD integration and scalable, maintainable test strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, refactor, and optimize Playwright test automation frameworks using TypeScript/JavaScript. Develop and maintain automated UI and API test scripts, integrating them within CI/CD pipelines. Ensure high test coverage, reliability, and maintainability through efficient test design patterns. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product owners to define and validate acceptance criteria. Perform root cause analysis of test failures and continuously enhance test stability and performance. Implement reusable test utilities, data management strategies, and configuration optimizations. Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to process improvements and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 25 years of hands-on automation testing experience. Strong experience with Playwright or equivalent modern test frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, etc.). Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps). Sound knowledge of QA methodologiesregression, smoke, end-to-end (E2E), and sanity testing. Experience testing REST APIs and integrating API tests with automation suites. Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Allure, HTML reporters, or custom dashboard implementations. Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber) and modular test architecture. Knowledge of Docker or cloud-based execution environments (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Exposure to performance or accessibility testing tools and methodologies. Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate
