Taare Social Online (www.taaresocial.com) — A free virtual recreation center for seniors — is searching for a passionate Volunteer Leader who will both create outstanding online sessions and take ownership of our backend operations and organizational growth. Our team has done 1700 + such sessions and made over 22k hours of impact. Volunteer Growth & Content Manager You will be responsible for the growth and operational running of an existing platform. Besides ensuring that our daily (Mon-Fri) Zoom sessions are held promptly and effectively, you will play a crucial role in scaling our initiative, bringing innovation and best practices to reach more seniors and enrich their lives. Responsibilities: Plan, manage and optionally host engaging online sessions: Games, talks, quizzes, creative activities, storytelling, music, art, or social connection (guidance and support provided) Backend & Operations Management: Help organize session schedules, onboarding volunteers, and streamline day-to-day running Social Enterprise Growth: Develop outreach ideas, partnerships, and new programming to expand Taare Social’s impact in the elder care sector Why join us?
