The ideal candidate should have prior agency experience, strong client handling capabilities, team leadership qualities and makes sure that the client is successful thru our activities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms. Lead and manage B2B lead gen team. Build and execute B2B marketing strategies focused on CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CPL improvement. Handle client communications, expectations, and long-term relationships. Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Collaborate with content, design, tech, and sales teams for campaign alignment. Optimize campaigns through data-driven insights and performance dashboards. Maintain high standards in client satisfaction and result-driven delivery.
